Harleen Sachdeva

Harleen is a communications professional with over 22 years of experience spanned across commercial diplomacy, consulting world and tech space.

At Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), she leads the overall integrated communications strategy to support HPE’s business goals and brand reputation in India, Korea and Taiwan.

Harleen built and led the marketing and communication function for Grant Thornton and was a key driver of the bilateral communication strategy for UK Trade & Investment (Department for International Trade) at the British High Commission in India for over a decade.

She is the recipient of the exchange4media’s 40 under 40 PR and Communication Leader award 2019, the Communicator of the year (corporate communication) award 2021 and featured in the Top 100 Influential Game Changers 2022 list in India. A DE&I champion, Harleen is passionate about encouraging more women to achieve their potential and inspiring women at the workplace to realize their dreams and aspirations.

Ilja Rijnen

Effective 1 April 2022, Ilja has become Senior Director, Global Learning and Change for Beam Suntory, a world leader in premium spirits with flagship brands including Jim Beam, Maker’s Mark and Knob Creek bourbons, Yamazaki, Hibiki and Hakushu Japanese whiskies, as well as world renown premium brands such as Laphroaig, Teacher’s and Bowmore Scotch whiskies, Courvoisier cognac, Sauza tequila, Roku, Larios and Sipsmith gins and Haku vodka.

In this position, in line with the company’s strategic Global Talent & Development agenda, being responsible for the company’s Global Learning and Change initiatives. He is based out Asia, being a Permanent Resident of Singapore.

Jason Archer

Jason Archer, Managing Director, Asia-Pacific at Under Armour since July 2018, has direct oversight of the company’s operations in China, South Korea, Japan, South-East Asia, and India, among others. In Mr. Archer’s twelve-year tenure at Under Armour, he has significantly transformed the company’s international market penetration and operating structure, leading the growth in Asia-Pacific as well as the Brand’s expansion into multiple new territories. Prior to his Asia-Pacific role, Mr. Archer spent two and a half years as Vice President and Managing Director, Emerging Markets, with primary oversight of the Latin America business and emerging markets such as the Middle East, Turkey, South Africa, Israel, and Eastern Europe amongst others.

Prior to Under Armour, he spent 11 years with adidas in Latin America and the U.S., and six years with PwC on assignments in Europe and his native Canada.

Mr. Archer holds a bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce and a master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Manitoba. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Auditor & Chartered Accountant by Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA).

Mukta Arya

Starting her career with Essar group in Mumbai, India, after completing Masters in Management Studies, she worked in Tata TD Waterhouse Securities/Tata TDW Asset Management, before joining Ogilvy and Mather as Talent Head for Mumbai, Advertising. In 2006, she joined Societe Generale in Mumbai as Head of HR for India and has been with them for the last 18+ years.

She worked in Hong Kong as Regional Head of Talent Development and Inclusion since 2010 and as Head of HR for SEA for Societe Generale in Singapore for 4 years, before being appointed as the CHRO for Societe Generale, APAC.

Renee Diokno

Renee Diokno is a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader with a robust background in strategic recruitment across APAC, Middle East, and North America. Currently managing Talent Acquisition for Enterprise Functions in the Philippines and SEA, she has a proven track record in driving recruitment excellence, strategic hiring, and implementing innovative sourcing strategies. With accolades from Johnson & Johnson, Baker Hughes and Mondelez for her transformative impact and client satisfaction, Renee’s career spans over two decades of enhancing organizational capabilities through effective talent management. She holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Santo Tomas and has completed coursework in Business Management at the University of the Philippines.

Vaibhav Chaturvedi

HR professional who loves reading, swimming, cycling, and helping people achieve their full potential; and an early-stage Angel Investor.

Working as Head – Talent covering Talent Acquisition, L&D, Talent Management, DEI and Employee Wellbeing for South Asia Region (India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan and Maldives) for Nestlé.

Have experience as HRM of a unionized factory, HR Consulting for small to mid-sized companies while working as Sr. Consultant at EY and various roles with Nestlé across South Asia and Indochina Regions.

Also, worked at Nestlé Global HQ as HRBP – Zone Asia, Oceania, Africa supporting development of long term HR strategy.
