In 2022, Globe launched a massive communications campaign on COVID-19 vaccination. Internal communications were strengthened by our bots which created a feedback loop, promoted psychological safety, democratized recognition, and enabled employees to do self-service tasks for crucial HR processes.
We invested $1.1M in learning and development initiatives. We fostered wellness by launching hybrid engagement activities, leading us to an iSpeak engagement rating of 92% in 2022, where we surpassed global and Philippine norms by 3 percentage points.
Campaigns launched such as Sagot Kita contributed to nation-building efforts. We also reinvented it to support the government’s SIM registration initiative.
Globe’s efforts not only greatly contribute to employee productivity but to overall business continuity. In 2022, Globe earned ₱34.6 billion in gross revenues.
