APCO Worldwide

APCO’s Tokyo team is one of the most diverse in APCO’s global network, attracting multilingual talent who have studied or worked in a dozen countries.

At APCO, each individual employee has the unique opportunity to define their own APCO experience and be catalysts for progress. We have a very open management style. Staff at all levels are empowered to share their opinions and ideas to help shape the organization no matter where they come from. In addition to regular learning and development (L&D) programs, we provide each staff member with L&D allowances to spend on trainings and activities to build their professional network.

As an independent, majority women- and employee-owned business, we have strong, family-oriented policies and consider employees’ work arrangement requests on a case-by-case basis. We are a pioneer in implementing remote working and had been piloting a regular work from home scheme since 2019, even before the pandemic.

Mutant

Mutant is a weird name for an agency, we know. We’d love to tell you there’s a cool reason for it – like being exposed to gamma radiation or being bitten by a spider – but alas, our origin story is less dramatic.

We started in 2012 as a PR agency, led by one guy with a simple idea – to grow an agency that focused on getting business results and removing agency fluff. Our people and culture are key to our success, and establishing arguably one of the best agency cultures in Singapore is something we are incredibly proud of.

SUNNY SIDE UP

The company was started in 1985 based on the slogan of “Let’s have fun!” and has been proactively creating social movements based on our unique marketing and communication tactics. Our services are varied, ranging from strategic PR, promotions from a PR perspective, Sports Marketing and more. We have also been responsible for managing athletes helping to earn worldwide recognition, and expanded our support for initiatives that promote SDGs and social action.

In recent years, we have been involved in a wide range of projects, from marketing to social fields, in line with the transformation of communication, such as the new lifestyle caused by the Corona disaster.

We are developing into a PR communication group that uses a variety of communication methods based on PR concepts to solve a myriad of challenges.
