Introduction

PRWeek Asia and Campaign Asia-Pacific are excited to launch Best Places to Work in the APAC region, an exciting new opportunity for APAC agencies and organisations to celebrate their talent and workplace initiatives.

The aim of Best Places to Work is to help agencies and brands in-house comms team leaders develop the best possible working environments for their staff while recognising outstanding workplaces and initiatives. Especially at a time where healthy employment practices and compassionate workplace environments are more important than ever, we want to recognise the good work that companies have displayed in these areas.

Entries will be judged in a rigorous two-stage process, ensuring credibility and industry-standard criteria. A new category we’ve introduced this year is best employee engagement which recognises companies that are fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging within their workplace. We strongly encourage you to explore all the other categories, some of them include, diversity, equity, inclusivity (DEI), best learning and development, best innovative and sustainable workplace among others.

With that, we are excited to have you nominate your workplaces and teams that have shone in the last 12 months. We hope you’ll join us in demonstrating that a sustainable workplace isn’t solely reliant on business outcomes, but also on strong, supportive, and dynamic professional relationships and initiatives.

We look forward to receiving your entries. All the best!
