General Guidelines and Information

Who Should Enter

The awards are open to all agencies’ type and brands’ in-house departments from all markets across the Asia-Pacific region.

Eligibility Period

All entries should relate to achievements ONLY during the period 1 January 2022 to 6 July 2023. Written entries which do not focus on the eligibility period but include achievements outside the review period will be disqualified.  PRWeek Asia and Campaign Asia-Pacific reserves the right to reject any work it feels does not comply with the spirit of the awards.

Date and Deadlines

NOTE: All cut-off times for the respective deadlines are 6pm HK time (UTC/GMT+8:00).

Early Bird Entry Deadline: Friday, 2 June 2023
Standard Entry Deadline: Tuesday, 20 June 2023
Final Entry Deadline: Thursday, 6 July 2023
Shortlists Announcement: Wednesday, 16 August 2023
Winners Announcement: Wednesday, 6 September 2023

Entry Fee

Early Bird Fee: HKD 3,150
Standard Entry Fee: HKD 3,600
Final Entry Fee: HKD 4,100

Entry fees are payable in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

A separate fee is required for each entry submission.

Entry fees are due at the time of submission and are non-refundable.

Entry submissions that are not paid for will NOT proceed to the judging stage, and Haymarket Media Limited will retain the right to claim for unpaid entry fees.
